Newcastle Bloggers Meet Up!

I'd just like to let you know about a meet up I'm helping to organize with Claire of Trebles and a Mixer.

There are now so many lovely Geordie blogger girls, and we often chat about meeting for cocktails and cupcakes over Twitter.
But a few of us decided that we need to set a proper time and date, which is:

Saturday 25th June!

We picked this date, as hopefully those wishing to attend who are still sitting exams and assignments will be finished by then.
Plus for anyone on a 9-5 schedule.

We'll be meeting at 11.30 at Central Station, in case anybody is making a dramatic entrance by train.
Absolutely anyone is welcome to attend - please just let me or Claire know so we'll have a vague idea of numbers.

The initial plan is to grab some food, then shopping and perhaps doing touristy things - as Newcastle really is beautiful in the summer!

Then on to the the evening is cocktails and dancing for anybody who can keep up with the Geordies!

You are welcome to just attend the daytime or evening if you wish, that's not a problem at all.
Also, please let us know if you are under 18 and attending - if there's a good few we can adjust some of the daytime activities accordingly.
(Of course, please let a parent or guardian you are attending as well!)

We are also planning some little surprises, but you'll just have to come along to find out what now won't you?

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, we can recommend some lovely cheap-ish places too - just ask!

Finally, please don't feel daunted by blogger events.
I've been to a few now, but still get butterflies. But I've never had a bad experience at any of them - blogging people have a tendancy to be awesome people. I'm sorry, but it's true!

So I hope to see plenty of you in Geordieland very, very soon!
